• Thorough Vacuuming:Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with a commercial grade vacuum system to remove dry soil.
• Furniture Moving:Small furniture will be carefully moved and replaced. Larger pieces are left in place under our normal pricing structure.  Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.

After Your Carpet Is Cleaned...

• Be carefull walking from carpet to hard surfaces. Floors can be very slippery.
• For health and safety, keep children and pets off cleaned carpets until it is completely dry.
• Do not remove and pads or blocks that the technician may have left under your furniture until the carpet is completely dry.  This will prevent rust spots from metal legs or casters and furniture stains from wooden legs.

• Entrance (walk off) mats - Using entrance mats inside and outside of doorway will reduce the amount of soil brought into your carpet.  As much as 75% of dirt and grime in your carpet is tracked in soil.
• Vacuuming - Nothing is more important for maintaining you carpet than vacuuming.  Dry soil is abrasive and can actually damage your carpet fibers causing accelerated wear.  A vacuum with a beater bar will give the best results.
• Clean up spills immediately - The quicker you attend to a spill, the easier it is to remove. Always blot the spill.  Use a clean, white absorbent cloth.  Blot, never rub.  Rubbing can actually make the stain worse and can permanently alter the look of the fiber or fabric.
• Professional cleaning - Have your carpet professionally cleaned every 6 - 12 months.
